How do I set up my club?
Email is3teamwear@gmail.com to discuss your requirements. We'll either create something brand new, replicate or build on your existing design—tweaking, refining, and evolving it until you're completely happy with the final result.
How do I order?
We’ll set up a team ordering store, giving your members a 7-10 day window to order at their leisure on all computers and mobile devices. And you will be provided with a link to share with your members to enable them to access this online store and order.
How long is production?
Your order will be processed once the shop window has closed. Production typically takes 4-5 weeks from the team ordering store close date. If you have a deadline to hit, it's always worth letting us know and we’ll see what we can do to speed up the process.
What about Delivery?
All items will be delivered directly to your athletes via Royal Mail 48 tracked. No more standing in cold car parks or having boxes in your car boot for weeks on end!
Can I get a refund if I don't like my kit or if it's the wrong size?
Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges as all our items are custom made. To help you choose the right fit, we recommend checking the size guide and chatting with your teammates for advice. If needed, you might consider selling your item to someone else in your team and reordering the correct size.
What if my kit is faulty?
If your kit arrives damaged or defective, we’re here to help. Please contact us as soon as you receive the item and include a full-length photo clearly showing the issue.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email confirming its arrival. We’ll then let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within a few business days.
Please note: You’ll be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. These costs are non-refundable. If your refund is approved, the return shipping fee will be deducted from the total amount refunded.

Can I use any logos?
Unfortunately not - we don't want to get sued! if you are using business or club logos, you will need to provide evidence of approval.
Can I get my logos from google?
Not ideal, unfortunately. Low-res files lead to blurry, pixelated prints—and no one wants that on their kit. When you're chatting with your club or sponsors, ask them for a vector version of their logo. It'll save you a headache and help us deliver a crisp, professional finish

IS3 Teamwear accepts all major debit and credit cards for secure and convenient transactions.
Order Confirmation
Once your order is submitted, you’ll receive an email confirming it has entered production. Your club will be kept informed throughout the manufacturing process.
Artwork & Approval
All artwork must be reviewed and signed off by the customer, team representative, or kit manager before production begins. Once approved, it is considered final. IS3 Teamwear is not liable for any errors missed during the approval stage. Please ensure all design details are accurate prior to sign-off.
Pricing
All prices are listed in British Pounds (GBP).
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are dispatched directly from our production facility via trusted couriers such as DHL or FedEx. Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate. While we strive to meet delivery timelines, IS3 Teamwear cannot be held responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by third-party couriers.
Delivery Delays
Courier services operate independently, and delivery times may vary due to external factors. Once your order leaves our facility, IS3 Teamwear has no control over transit times or potential disruptions.
Product Representation
We take great care to ensure product descriptions and specifications are accurate. Colours shown in digital designs are close representations, but slight differences may occur due to screen settings and browser variations.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the personalised nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns unless the item is faulty or defective. If you believe your item has a manufacturing issue, please contact us immediately upon receipt and include a clear, full-length photo of the product.
Garments showing signs of wear and tear from extended use are not considered faulty. Returned items must be clean—unwashed or soiled garments will be returned to sender.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Warranty
IS3 Teamwear offers a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If a fault is confirmed, we will either repair or remake the item. Refunds are not issued under warranty claims. Claims may be rejected if the garment has been misused or not cared for according to guidelines.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled or refused once payment has been made. If artwork development has begun, any deposit paid for design work is non-refundable.
Acceptance of Terms
By approving artwork and placing an order, the customer acknowledges that human error may occur during production. IS3 Teamwear is not responsible for replacements or refunds once artwork is signed off. All sales are final.
Intellectual Property
All artwork created by IS3 Teamwear remains the exclusive property of IS3 Teamwear.
Sample Returns
Samples must be returned before your order can be processed. A deposit is required to cover the kit’s value and will be refunded if returned by the agreed date. Unreturned samples will be added to your final invoice.
