Welcome to IS3 Teamwear — custom racewear designed specifically for triathletes, by triathletes. From the heart of South Wales, home to two Ironman events including the iconic Ironman Wales, our family-run business is surrounded by the perfect terrain for training across all three disciplines: swim, bike, run.
Why IS3?
IS3 stands for Ivy and Seb, the names of my children and the inspiration behind everything I do. The example I set them to be the best version of themselves, to show them that anything is possible. The “3” represents the core of triathlon — the three disciplines that challenge and define us. Our mission is simple: to deliver high-quality racewear that’s affordable, without compromising on performance.
Our Story
Founded by a passionate triathlete who has completed everything from sprint to full distance Ironman, IS3 Teamwear was born from personal experience — the kind that comes from racing in kit that didn’t fit right, chafed, overheated, or simply didn’t perform. I’ve experienced it all; expensive gear, poor quality, long lead times, wrong items being delivered and the frustration of dealing with people who constantly chose profit over people. I set out to change that — to create racewear that’s technically sound, comfortable, and built for performance, without the inflated price tag or unnecessary delays. IS3 is about giving athletes what they actually need, when they need it.
