Why I do it this way.
I still get a buzz every time someone messages me about a suit. It’s never just kit. It’s a club finally racing in its own colours. A group of mates who want to look like a team on the start line. Someone’s first tri suit with their name on it.
So I’ll ask about your club, your logos, the exact shade of pink or green on your old kit. We go back and forth until it feels like yours, and I send you the panel layout and a sample print before anything is made. You should see your kit before it exists, not after.
Then it turns up at your door, you send me photos of it out on course, that's why I do this.

How your kit gets made.
Message me
WhatsApp or email. Tell me about your club, your race and your deadline. You won’t get the hard sell, just a chat about what you actually want.
Design
I draw your kit up from your colours, logos and ideas, then we go back and forth for as many rounds as it takes. The design service is free, with no limit on colours or artwork.
Proof & sample
I send the panel layout and a sample print. Nothing goes near production until you’ve seen it and signed it off.
Production
Once the design and everyone’s sizes are confirmed, your kit is made in 4–5 weeks. Tight deadline? Ask before you order and I’ll tell you what’s possible.

Before you ask
Straight answers.
Is there a minimum order?
For club and team kit, none, order one suit or fifty. Custom socks are the one exception, with a 50-pair minimum.
How does the online team shop work?
I open a shop window for your club 3 - 4 times a year based on races and your demand. Everyone orders their own size from any device using a link you share. When the window closes, I place the whole order in one go.
How long does it take?
Custom suits: 4–5 weeks from the day they are submitted.
Clubs: Your first window can take up to 8 weeks. This is because the first time designs are submitted they take 2 weeks to confirm design and print colour. Its why I suggest purchasing 1 of every item first, then open your club window.
Every window following the first takes up to 6 weeks following the shop window closing.
How is it delivered?
Royal Mail 48 tracked, straight to each athlete’s door. No central collection and no handing kit out at training.
What do you need for logos?
Vector files (.ai, .eps or .pdf) give the cleanest print. Low-res images pulled off Google or made with AI tools come out pixelated. You’ll also need to own or have permission to use any club or sponsor logo.
Can I try a sample first?
Yes. Samples go out against a deposit and come back before your order is processed, so you can check the fit before everyone commits to a size.
What if the sizing’s wrong?
Custom kit is made to order, so it can’t be returned for size or a change of mind, which is exactly why I send sizing help. Manufacturing faults are covered for a year: repair or replacement.
What does it cost?
Custom tri suit £180, cycle jersey £60, T-shirt £40, vest £35, or the full package (suit + jersey + tee or vest) for £250.
