Comfortable, supportive where needed. Have done plenty of runs and cycles in these socks and have had no blisters or hot spots. Colour hasn't faded either after multiple washes.

I’ve tried quite a few running socks over the years and these honestly surprised me. They’re noticeably more comfortable than my usual Hoka running socks. The material feels really soft but still supportive, and they stay in place without rubbing or bunching up during longer runs. My feet stayed cool and dry even on harder sessions. Overall, really impressed with them – definitely becoming my go-to running socks.

Used these socks for Ironman Wales 2025 and they are still my ‘go to’ socks for my longer runs.

I’ve been using the IS3 Teamwear TeamGJE socks for a few weeks now, and the difference in comfort is massive. The first thing I noticed was the compression around the arch. I usually struggle with socks not sitting right but these stayed perfectly in place for the whole run. The extra cushioning on the heel is a lifesaver for preventing blisters, too. Definitely my new go-to training and racing in.
