Cushioned heel and toe box, targeted compression through the arch and ankle, ventilation across the top of the foot, and a zero-slip band that holds through sled pushes, transitions and the last 10k. 20cm crew height with a 3cm ribbed cuff.
Sizing
One size, UK 4–13. A standard fit at the smaller end, closer-fitting at the larger — and still a proper compression fit at a size 13, which most one-size socks can't claim. Laid flat and unstretched: foot length 18cm, sock height 20cm.

One size, UK 4–13. Laid flat and unstretched the foot measures 18cm and the sock stands 20cm tall; the compression knit stretches across the full range, and stays a proper compression fit right up to a size 13.

Socks are great quality and very comfortable. Not worn them during competition yet so can't comment on their durability there.
Comfortable, supportive where needed. Have done plenty of runs and cycles in these socks and have had no blisters or hot spots. Colour hasn't faded either after multiple washes.
Very comfortable overall and I love the design. I do find them tight on my ankle and after an hour they really dug in. So see how they go after a couple of washes.

I’ve tried quite a few running socks over the years and these honestly surprised me. They’re noticeably more comfortable than my usual Hoka running socks. The material feels really soft but still supportive, and they stay in place without rubbing or bunching up during longer runs. My feet stayed cool and dry even on harder sessions. Small detail, but they also fit really well around the arch which makes them feel secure in the shoe.
Overall, really impressed with them – definitely becoming my go-to running socks.

I’ve been using the IS3 Teamwear TeamGJE socks for a few weeks now, and the difference in comfort is massive. The first thing I noticed was the compression around the arch. I usually struggle with socks not sitting right but these stayed perfectly in place for the whole run. The extra cushioning on the heel is a lifesaver for preventing blisters, too.
